I suffer from social anxiety, and at times this is crippling. Somedays I find it hard to even leave my room, how can I talk to a stranger? I know there is no cure for this, there is just coping skills.
I am starting by improving my social media friendships and expanding that circle. I redownloaded Instagram, and every day I reach out to at least 3 people on my Facebook friend list.
So, social media still counts as being social right?
